About the event
👻 Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol
by Tom Mula, a creative retelling of A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens
What happened to Jacob Marley?
“Marley was dead, to begin with…” —but what happens next? In this inventive and heartfelt twist on Dickens’ classic, Jacob Marley—Scrooge’s sour old business partner—finds himself shackled in the afterlife, tormented by a gleeful little hell-sprite and doomed to eternal suffering. That is, unless he can pull off a miracle: redeem the unredeemable Ebenezer Scrooge. What follows is a ghostly, hilarious, and deeply moving journey through memory, mischief, and mercy. Along the way, Marley discovers that saving Scrooge just might save himself.
